Adaptive Fit Installation System

FROSTLOK™ features a patent-pending full-depth grid design that allows the CORE tiles to bend, resize, and conform to irregular spaces with no tools and no material waste.

The progressive install system allows you to:

• position tiles gradually
• align sections precisely
• conform to curves and corners
• achieve cleaner fitment in tight compartments

The integrated 1” grid design also allows small sections of the CORE material to be easily separated and reused to help fill tight voids, corners, and irregular areas—helping create a more consistent insulated surface throughout the compartment.

The included SKINLOK Surface Squares are designed to overlap seams to create a sealed surface to protect the core. This helps prevent debris, fish residue, moisture, and buildup from becoming trapped between tiles or exposed foam edges.

SKINLOK Surface Squares can also be easily trimmed with scissors to reinforce corners, cover edges, fill small gaps, or customize difficult areas during installation—helping create a cleaner, more finished result.
