Warranty Policy

FROSTLOK Marine LLC ("FROSTLOK") warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. This is a limited warranty covering the condition of the product as manufactured and shipped only.

What Is Covered

FROSTLOK warrants that FROSTLOK™ CORE Tiles will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, as manufactured and shipped, for thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If a product is defective as delivered, FROSTLOK will replace the defective item at no charge. Replacement of the defective product is your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

Inspect Before Installing

Because FROSTLOK™ is a customer-installed product, you must inspect it before installation. Once a product has been installed, cut, trimmed, applied, or used, it is deemed accepted and is no longer covered by this warranty.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery. It does not cover, and FROSTLOK makes no guarantee regarding:

  • Installation results, adhesion, ice-retention performance, watertightness, or any outcome, as these depend entirely on surface preparation, installation, and use by the customer.
  • Any damage, failure, or defect arising after the product has been installed or used.
  • SKINLOK Surface Squares, which are a replaceable consumable and are not warranted.
  • Damage from improper surface preparation, improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident, normal wear, cutting, or modification.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers.

How to Make a Claim

To report a product defective as delivered, email support@frostlok.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number or proof of purchase
  2. Clear photos of the defect on the uninstalled product

FROSTLOK will review your claim and, if approved, ship a replacement at no charge.

Limitation of Liability

This limited warranty is the only warranty FROSTLOK provides. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FROSTLOK disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the coverage stated above. FROSTLOK is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use, installation, or inability to use its products.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
