FROSTLOK™ features a patent-pending full-depth grid design that allows the CORE tiles to bend, resize, and conform to irregular spaces with no tools and no material waste.

The progressive install system allows you to:

• position tiles gradually
• align sections precisely
• conform to curves and corners
• achieve cleaner fitment in tight compartments

The integrated 1” grid design also allows small sections of the CORE material to be easily separated and reused to help fill tight voids, corners, and irregular areas—helping create a more consistent insulated surface throughout the compartment.

High-Performance Insulation

1/2, 3/4, and 1 inch closed-cell XLPE foam helps improve ice retention without excessive bulk depending on your needs.

Built-In Condensation Release Channels:

Every scoring grid that lets you size a FROSTLOK tile to your box does double duty — it’s also a channel for moisture to escape. As condensation naturally builds behind your box, it has a defined path to move and release instead of sitting trapped against the hull. Your insulation stays doing its job, dry and consistent, season after season.

This is where FROSTLOK pulls ahead of spray foam. Spray foam gets wet and stays wet — once moisture works its way in, there’s nowhere for it to go. It sits, it saturates, and it quietly reduces the insulating value you paid for. Add to that the reality of the application itself: spray foam goes in uneven, cures with hot spots and voids, and if you ever need to fix or redo it, you’re into a messy, expensive tear-out.
